Is Hick Over CO?

We get that he’s termed out (tuned out?), but Governor John Hickenlooper has been spending quite a lot of time outside of Colorado while he weighs a 2020 presidential run.

But, with the announcement that he’s helping to open a campaign office in New Hampshire, we’d say the cat’s out of the bag.

Governor Hickenlooper has shifted focus off of #Colorado and onto #NHpolitics.
