Where’s The Line?
ALL: We’d typically ignore ridiculous rhetoric coming from a far-left blog, but prominent Democrats (including Jared Polis) are frequent guests on this website’s “Get More Smarter” show. suggesting an elected official is making up death threats against his family crosses a line. ().
Just a day after Senator Gardner’s wife received a text message of a beheading and his family’s names and addresses were made public, Colorado Pols ran an article suggesting Gardner may be lying about the threat and may have made it up for attention.
Behavior like this is an unfortunate reality, but it should be outside the realm of trusted sources. Behavior like this is never acceptable.
